Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

As an AFSA member you qualify for AFSA's $10,000 no-cost Accidental Death Insurance Program. Once your activator card in on file, you qualify to enroll for up to $500,000 in additional accidental insurance benefits. This plan will cover you as long as your are a member in good standing, pay the premiums when due, and under the age of 80. You can even extend the coverage of the plan to your family until they are no longer eligible. All payments from this plan are paid directly to you or your beneficiary regardless of other insurance benefits.
