Disability Income

Protection for your family, home and all else you value is very important, and all of them rely on your income. If you're unable to work, would your family be able to survive an extended period of time without an income? That is why AFSA sponsors a plan that offers its members Disability Income Insurance to help out when they are not able to work. This plan provides a continuing income when a covered disabling accident or illness prevents you from working. You can select the monthly benefit which best supplements your income, up to $3,000 every month for up to five years. All AFSA members under age 60 are eligible to apply and acceptance requirements are minimal. Coverage is also available for members' spouses.
