Accidental Death

Tragedy can strike a family at any time. That is why AFSA offers, at no charge, $10,000 in accidental death insurance to all of its members. In the event of an accidental death of an AFSA member, the benefits of this plan are paid regardless of any other insurance. To qualify, a member must turn in the Accidental Death Beneficiary Card and be a member in good standing for at least two years. The death certificate must state "accidental death" in order to qualify.
