National Ear Care Plan

AFSA members can receive discounts on hearing aids, receive a free annual hearing screening, and other discounts when they join the National Ear Care Plan. The plan is open to all AFSA members and their immediate families, including parents and grandparents. Membership is $10 per family, per year and provides access to a network of nearly 2,000 hearing care professionals nationwide.
